Finally beat Mr.Driller A - Fushigi na Pacteria 2000m for Game Boy Advance :gameboyadvance: after picking it up on vacation. Did not manage this without save states though. Restarted at 1800m and 1900m and the final 100m I used save states after each air I got. Which made me find out the off screen blocks are random generated before they come on screen. Didn't expect that.
