You asked and you receive. A while ago I was asked why there were no female #Kalshodar in #EmpyraeumCycle, why all the important, plot-driving characters were male. I recommended a wait.
Now, don't forget that The Dragon, a pretty central character is female

The Ghorkai, the only extragaeic, exos, or alien species so far encountered by The #Empyraeum.
When the #Kalshodar first set out for the stars, they are said to have joked they the reason was that they were bored, that they had yet to find an opponent to test their new abilities against. On Gaia, the was no such opponent but, out in the eternal blackness, they found the Ghorkai.
