In the Karenni region, people workship kay Tho Boe or Tangkhon Tay Festival. During the festival, the bone of the chicken is taken out and fortune-telling is done. It is a festival where buffaloes are punched. Asking for divination and praying. Each year, the erected flagpoles (5), (7), or (9) are replanted.
