Not only Estonia is busy with demolishing its historic monuments. Also my previous home country #Ethiopia has demolished the #KarlSquare monument to make room for a traffic light?! 😢 My home roundabout, my kid’s school roundabout. In the beginning I hated this roundabout, as I thought the monument was for Karl Marx, communist as Ethiopia is. But no, it was for #KarlhansBöhm, an Austrian actor and a benefactor of Ethiopia. #FranzJoseph #Sissi #Africa
