Belief(1) = (Believing in god/heaven/immortality) = (Having hope.)
Belief(2) = (Believing in the (non-existence of god/heaven/immortality)) = (Having no hope.)
Both: (1) and (2) = (are faith).
To prove one of these theories, (1) or (2), you must be omniscient about everything that exists, which is not possible for mankind.
(1) includes the hope, that one day god herself/himself will prove her/his existence to mankind.
(2) is a belief with no hope, the non-existence of god will never prove itself to mankind, that is not possible.
If (2) = true, then the person who believes in (1) will not be disappointed after death, because if one no longer exists, then there is no disappointment either. The state of the disappointed person can no longer arise.
If (1) = true, then the person who believes in (2) will not be disappointed after death, because if you wake up in an immortal, peaceful heaven/nirvana and god explains to you, that you will be healthy from now on, for ever, then there is no disappointment. The state of the disappointed person can no longer arise.
You could say the sentence: The hope from people who (2) = that the theory (2) is wrong and that (1) = true.

The healthy mind, the sick/ill mind:
Psychologically healthy people always want heaven for ALL, always peaceful! No chaos. No violence.
A healthy, balanced self-interest is practised (do not accumulate too much wealth).
Chaos/violence is rejected.
Healthy concepts/teachings create heaven for ALL.
Sick concepts/teachings produce hell (war, poverty, too much litter, climate collapse, etc).
Whoever has pursued sick concepts/teachings, has the deadly virus in his soul, and can not feel true happiness or true love.
There are also heaven/hell mixed concepts/teachings, these are also to reject. We only want heaven for all human beings.
After the realization of my teaching on understanding the understanding you will e.g. understand, that when you create something, and this "something" is not working, then it is a stupid idea to say/think loudly the word: "Shit" (this will remind you about all your experiences in your life you had with shit) much better and more intelligent is, to say/think loudly the word: "Solution" (this will remind you about all your experiences from your life, you had with solutions)
In short on love: there is often talk of unconditional love. Such a thing does not exist. There is nothing in life that is as demanding as love.

Never underestimate the power of high-quality art and beauty. What should your organism/intelligence consist of? These contents/memories/intelligence are used by your brain/organism/intelligence to make important decisions for your life.

When your room is full of litter, almost nothing but litter grows in your brain/organism/intelligence.
If your room is clean, beautiful and cosy, heaven will grow in your brain/organism/intelligence.

A wise man once taught, that, even an inattentive hand movement, is an act of violence.
What does the word: "peaceful" mean? As absolute truth? and what words and facts should we choose, to describe: peace?, so that we speak the truth, and are guaranteed not to lie?
Do I have 100% peaceful life-experience to define the word: "peace"?
To maintain, that street- or even city- blockades are peaceful as long as you behave peacefully, while blocking, is a lie.
Sitting blockades and city blockades are an act of violence, in themselves.
A stalker is also a person who commits an act of violence without touching the victim.
Gentle touching without the other persons' permission, is an act of violence.
To lie to others when the truth is necessary for survival, is an act of violence.
In all these examples, nobody is beaten or shot, but they are all examples of violence.
In describing peace, we must never lie, or deceive ourselves.
It is very important, that what we say about the facts of peace, is absolutely true. To deceive oneself about the facts of peace or to lie about the facts of peace, would disturb or perhaps even destroy one of the most important foundations of one's own psyche (depending on how big the lie is).
Get to know the absolute truth of your own psyche and your own life seriously and calmly. Only this forms a functioning basis for true communication between people.
(An exception are, the true police and the true military, they also act right, when they use violence, but their violent action is only right when they are protecting innocent, good people (people who behave morally good and peacefully) from evil/guilty people. The true police and the true military have to live with a second psyche. They live the principle of self-defence. The violence used, must always be appropriate, in the sense of: less is more! Violent behaviour must always be avoided as long as possible.)

The first thing you need to understand: You always act out of knowledge/memory:
Knowledge must first be divided into 2 different main areas: (later there are even more differences, but that's where you come up with it yourself)
Knowledge(1): lived life experience, this is always, the absolute truth, because you have experienced it yourself. There is no reason to believe. You know the absolute truth.
Knowledge(2a): hearsay from magazines, newspapers, books, cinema, radio and conversations with other people, this knowledge(2a), is supposed to be true, because all these are supposedly lived life experiences of other people. Supposedly they are not lying stories.
But you can not know(1) that, because you are not omniscient.
You can only believe in knowledge(2a). You are always a believer here.
Here the question of trust is very important. Who can I trust? What makes sense to believe?
Knowledge(2b): hearsay from magazines, newspapers, books, cinema, radio and conversations with other people, this knowledge(2b) is supposedly all lies, because all this is supposedly fictional stories.
But you can not know(1) that, because you are not omniscient.
You can only believe in knowledge(2b). You are always a believer here.
Here the question of trust is very important. Who can I trust? What makes sense to believe?
Every input of life, whether of knowledge(1) or knowledge(2), grows in your organism. Knowledge(1) and knowledge(2), then immediately become memories.
Your organism is like a non-stop film camera. It will be timelessly/always grown/recorded.
What you need to do now, is a timeless/all-day-long , most attentive, observation of your thoughts, spoken and written words.
Always in the context of: Is it knowledge(1) or knowledge(2)?
And in the context of: Is the perceived, morally good in itself, or morally wrong in itself? Am I a truthfully sorted and loving person, or am I not? Is my counterpart a truthful and loving person, or not?
Decelerate your life for this. Leave appropriately long pauses after someone has said something. Do not answer quickly and spontaneously. Wait until your organism has correctly absorbed what has been said/read, give your organism time to find the right and appropriate memories from your life, based on the words which have been heard/read.
This highly attentive, calm and timeless/all-day-long observation must last several weeks to months to stabilize. Again and again, you study this essay.
Then a new healthy brain/organism/intelligence has grown.

e.g.: If you read a text in the magazine "XY", then, it is the absolute truth, that you read a text in the magazine "XY" (knowledge(1)), but for you it is 100% faith what is written in the text in the magazine "XY" (knowledge(2)).
Exception: The text is about you. In the best case, the author of the text acts in the sense of knowledge(1) and has himself experienced what he reports, if this is not the case, then the author acts in the sense of knowledge(2), he has not experienced what he reports. This is then called dubious journalism.
You need to create a stable observer consciousness, (a new consciousness which observes your old consciousness, the old consciousness will still be active for some time), that is a strong and positive personality change, this, fortunately, happens very fast.
<Procedure to create the transformation successfully:
Answer the following questions,
with the help of: notes, photographs, drawings and paintings: (art//: create the art yourself = the best option //use existing art from art-masters = also a very good option)
Where do my thoughts come from? Where do my spoken/written words come from?
In the sense of: Is it knowledge(1) or knowledge(2)?
If I speak/write/think of knowledge(1) all day long, then I am guaranteed to speak/write/think the absolute truth, all day long.
If I speak/write/think only of knowledge(2) all day long, then I only believe in my text, I can not know(1) it! I am a believer. Because I am not omniscient.
You absolutely must understand that the facts about knowledge(1) and knowledge(2), described here, are true and important, and you must believe me, that this is what matters, to achieve a healthy, functioning, brain/organism/intelligence.
Understanding these facts timelessly/always changes the way you see and understand the world and how you come to decisions, deeply and fundamentally.

Let me tell you a small story:
A few years ago, a journalist from the German magazine: „Der Spiegel“, told me, that it is very important for „Der Spiegel“, that when you write a story for them, that you experienced this story by yourself (Knowledge1). If „Der Spiegel“ finds out, that you wrote a story about India, without ever been in India, then this was your last published story.
(It is easy to understand with fantasy, that for an experienced Journalist it would be more or less possible to write a logic story about India, even when this journalist has never been in India)

I want to question now, the background/life-experience from high-professional mathematicians in context of my teaching on understanding the understanding:
Have you ever seen the numbers? You are working with? I do not speak from the symbols for the different numbers (like: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, etc.) I talk from the real-life-numbers themselves,
I talk from the real-life-facts behind the symbols.

Do you understand the picture? The spheres and squares are the real-life-number-facts behind the number-symbols.
There are many options to define the number-symbols. From my experience with the meditation, that I teach, the intelligence of love always wants to have maximum clear facts, I see, especially with mathematics, this is also true, because mathematics is a very precise science.
I recommend for 2-D sketches, squares (all sides with the same length) as base and squares (again) and (or only) spheres for the number itself.
Squares with the same side-length will not confuse the mind. The look is symmetric.
Spheres are very important for us (look at astronomy)
You should avoid chaos numbers, meaning:
Do not count all the things you can find (e.g.) in the supermarket, this will produce a chaos-intelligence, compared to my m-modules.
Intelligence is based on your real-life-experience from your past.
Let real-numbers grow in your organism!
Much better as my sketch would be:
Rent a film-studio, painted completely in white. Use real 3D spheres and real 3D cubes, (or more complex geometric objects) painted in black, to have the number that should grow in your organism, in maximum contrast to the room.
You could also use a black room and white objects.
Do not forget to paint yourself completely, in the colour of the room (and also your assistant)
Are different colours? Important?
Do you see how difficult it will be, to define large numbers?
To define all numbers until the moment when you meet a number, which is too big to define it, with the m-modules, creates a healthy base/order/intelligence for using fantasy for imagining higher numbers.
(Healthy/Realistic Imagination/Fantasy must be based on ordered intelligence)
