The kidnapper was arrested at 2pm & refused to identify herself or give the infant’s location😡 A woman ran into Papa Johns & told police she saw a baby in a car. That sweet boy was left in 13F temps in the stolen car. If there wasn’t a 4 hour lapse between the 911 call & Amber alert maybe he would have been found 3 days ago.
