I just wish I had some smoked salmon for this bagel and cream cheese. Nothing against Irish/Scandinavian types I do miss my Alaska wild salmon form my days in there. Oh my, I just had a memory of community meals at the Alaska Native Brotherhood hall in Sitka in the 90s. Wonder if they still have them?
