Would love to gain more visibility and connections with fellow working with Knowledge-Centered Service () as a means of . Interested in learning more about how others are succeeding with it in their orgs, exchanging ideas, tips, and hacks, etc.

(Would appreciate a few boosts in case I'm just not seeing the discussions based on server visibilities. :keanu_thanks:)

@tomekw This has been a long-running difficulty where I work. Until about two years ago, all KB articles in our support portal came through me and later one other person. New article? Ticket us. Update article? Ticket us. The backlog was insane.

Then we adopted Knowledge-Centered Service () and we're still working on it. But now our entire TSE staff in Customer Success maintains our knowledge. It's not perfect, but we see a way forward.
