How is 2023 going for me 24 days in? I’ve endured my first legit severe mental breakdown. Still haven’t had Covid. I’m maintaining my unhealthy addiction to plants and haven’t started any new addictions. My diet is still crap and my PCP will surely remind me of that in about 7 weeks.
