Habits, not Resolutions: Instead of “I want to lose weight” try “ I want to walk every day” or “I want to #meditate everyday.”
Start small: don’t worry about meditating for an hour a day, start with five minutes, or even two if you’ve never done this before. If you’re out of shape go for a walk around the block and take it slow!
