For the #JukeboxFridayNight theme of #Resilience tonight, and I have a confession to make. I was going to put Soul II Soul's Keep On Movin' but wanted to check the lyrics and typed Keep On Moving instead which brought up this by Five. It's arguably got more resilient lyrics. It's definitely more toe-tappy. And a great video for fans of #eyebrows.

We got Zoe a kid's Fitbit for her birthday and every night since, she's wanted to check if she's done more steps than me. I had done more today and said "top tip - tidying up adds a lot of steps!" She shook her head and said "I don't want that kind of tip, thank you." 🤣
