I’m going on 3 1/2 years now and it is getting worse, not better.
There are many of us who have not found a solution and might not. The best way to help us is to stop spreading COVID because we don’t want anyone else to suffer & we can’t afford to get it again.

I still have to have naps, I still hate having to have naps.
Even if I am having them with my #unicorn. I hate that once I have been awake and doing minimal things, for 4+ hours, my body shits the hell down for 1 to 2 hours and If I try power through, I have even less engry for the next 2 to 3 days. #LongCovid #WearAMask #GetVaccinated #staysafe #keeptesting #CovidIsNotOver

Negative test after going to a LAN party in Galway last weekend.
