Just NO — in most states it’s more like right-wing gerrymandered state legislators are deciding, not the voters. And in Kansas where voters overwhelmingly told legislators to butt out, they’re looking for ways to circumvent that.

Who’s gonna tell them that those Articles of Confederation were a bust!
