Yesterday: #Kees (#Middelburg 🇳🇱) Eclair Pastry Stout. Brewed with chocolate and advocaat, 12.8 ABV.
What can I say? It really delivers. Almost no "beery" tastes at all anymore, very rich and smooth. Surprisingly - and maybe dangerously - drinkable, but extremely filling.

Cooling for tonight: #Kees (🇳🇱) Berry Fruity Kettle Sour vs. Undisclosed Desires Scotch Ale.
I've become somwhat of a fan of Scotch Ales over the past few years so I am always excited when I find a new one. The "traditional" Scotch Ales from my home country (🇧🇪) tend to be relatively warm, malty and often of a somewhat dry sweetness. I have come to appreciate the lighter and less heady expressions of the style.
