P.S. We see a lot of support-#Israel-at-any-cost organizations demonizing people like #KennethRoth for "singling out" Israel for criticism. They claim Israel is held to a higher standard than other countries, and that this is antisemitic.
The thing is, you don't get to claim to be a Jewish state based on Jewish values and then complain when people hold you to a higher standard. A pivotal Jewish value is that GOD holds Jews to a higher standard, one which Israel is not currently meeting.

#HarvardUniversity has reconsidered their terrible earlier decision and has decided to offer a fellowship to #KennethRoth after all.
I don't know whether the change was motivated by public pressure, pressure from faculty, or pressure from big donors, but whichever it was, I'll take it.
Now #DouglasElmendorf should resign or be fired. His initial decision to reject the fellowship should be a career-ending move.

I am a Zionist: I believe Israel has a right to exist as a homeland for the Jewish people.
I also agree with Kenneth Roth that the state of Israel in its current form is an apartheid state.
Both of these can be true.
