It was an easy no-pressure ride to the #BronxRiver #bikepath, and then north on the bike path to the #KensicoDam and back. I did not activate Strava, but the Fitbit did recognize two #bike rides.
Both of us are in about the same level of "out of condition" after a winter layoff, but there were only a few spots where granny gear was not low enough for a dismount and walk.
