What was once an arabica-only farm, extinguished by a fungus due to its monoculture, is now a diverse farm and hotel with peppers, teas and coffees (now with robusta instead, due to its *robust*ness, thus the name) and lots more being grown.

We had some tea tasting, trying different teas from all over the region.
