20 followers · 909 posts · Server disabled.social#KetamineTherapy is being considered by me & my #MentalHealth team. The idea is to try to reduce the level of #depression, or at least the suicidality, that's brought on by current circumstances. Normally my venlafaxine is enough, but now it's not.
I'm open to the idea. I'm only worried about one specific aspect: the potential for parts of myself to say things they normally wouldn't sober. It's part of why I rarely drink & have never used psychedelics.
