Thinking about how I'm approaching the end of my stock of #Ketotifen. No pharmacy has had it available in months. So I'm going to run out and not have anything to replace it.

Every time there's any kind of medication to help with #MCAS, it eventually becomes discontinued or out of stock.

When there is a replacement, it's not as good. There's no replacement for Ketotifen. (Cromolyn isn't the same; at best, it only affects the area where it is applied.)

@ReginaZauchner liebe Regina, das freut mich soooo sehr zu lesen. Ich hatte dieses frühjahr Dank #Ketotifen das große Glück, dass sich meine Fatigue massiv verbessert hat. Ich kanns bis heute kaum glauben.
Aber du hast recht, es braucht so dringend Forschung, da diese Dinge nicht allen helfen. Und die paar Medikamente die manchen helfen, alle wenn überhaupt off Label gegeben werden können. Die Chance bekommen auch zu wenige.

Aber es freut mich riesig für dich 💚
