Really didn’t feel like running today, but went for it anyway. Told myself that a run under an hour is worth it because it doesn’t impact my day. Surprised myself by moving at a decent pace for how I was feeling, then pretty stoked on my cadence after the fact. I’m moving a little slower than I have over the past year or so, but my mechanics seem to be vastly improved. Followed up with about 30mins of strength training with kettlebells.
