Kept a promise to myself and picked up #kettlebell again this morning. It's been awhile and I need to refamiliarize myself with the body mechanics involved, so right now I'm using light hand weights--just enough to give me something to work with wrt movement and posture. Pretty soon I'll move up to the actual bells.
