Hab jetzt beschlossen keine Wiederholungen mehr zu zählen, vergebliche Mühe. Entweder Timer bei symmetrischen Übungen, oder bei Übungen für je Links & Rechts ausgeführt werden arbeite ich einfach abwechselnd und beginne mit der schwachen Seite (links).

Kept a promise to myself and picked up again this morning. It's been awhile and I need to refamiliarize myself with the body mechanics involved, so right now I'm using light hand weights--just enough to give me something to work with wrt movement and posture. Pretty soon I'll move up to the actual bells.
