I've had some success with using egg substitutes like Eggbeaters to avoid large amounts of cholesterol, but be prepared for the filling texture to be slightly different.

Made my first key lime pie! It's really good, I used vanilla skyr in it and it cuts the tartness of the key limes really well. Very creamy and smooth!

Key Lime Pie here with another Key Lime Review. This time it's the Lady May Vegan Key Lime gummi bears. What did you think I confined myself only to actual pies? Not a chance. Well, these "teddies" are good, but they don't even come close to that asymmetric slice of key and crust. You can find these gummies at your local TJ Max right next to the quarter price and obviously used home goods. If you're in a hard place, or just in between key lime pies, then give these gummies a taste.
