Random holiday breakfast. I was watching a Georgian travel show and craving #khachapuri but also croqueMonsieur. In a frenzy, I made this for brunch. It definitely hit the spot.

Researching Georgian #wine for an article and thought a break for the #food of #Georgia was overdue, so it was off to Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. #Khachapuri Georgian cheese-filled bread, and an amber #Mtsvane, a Georgian skin contact white, or #orangewine aged in #qvevri. A grape, winemaking style and vessel, all dating back thousands of years. What's new is once again old, naturally.
