Was glued to the edge of my seat all weekend watching the #crossfit Games. What a mind-bending last day and finish! Beyond happy to see fellow Québécois Jeff #adler at the top of the podium with perennial second place Patrick #vellner.

But sad to see Roman #khrennikov take third place after an overwhelming lead in the first days of the competition after a foot injury. His determination in making those last events on a single leg are just awe inspiring.
