Spent the weekend checking out some of the #KickingHorse backcountry and brushing up my #avalancheSafety skills with an #AST1 course.

The temps were high (freezing point above 1500m!), the sun was intermittently out and there was no wind. Perfect conditions for the first tour of the season!
