@ashinillinois one of my favorite things about the #Colts is their #KickingTheStigma initiative. Their own, Jim Irsay, and their coaches and players have been huge advocates for mental health awareness and a lot of their campaign is "It's ok to not be ok". One of their best players, Shaquille Leonard, has been very open about his struggles. If a big tough linebacker can need help... So can anyone.
