One of my favorite distillery's, Kilchoman. We visited this farm distillery many years ago for the first time. And when visiting Kilchoman Distillery than pay a visit to Machir Bay as well. Looking out over the Atlantic Ocean from there, it's a fantastic place.

We’re doing our Burns Night dinner tonight, and I made 2 rusty nails with Kilchoman. One Sanaig, one Loch Gorm. Both fantastic in different ways. The Sanaig version is sweeter, while the Loch Gorm version gets a nice deep smokiness.
