1. After being on hold, get someone who thinks everything can be solved if you restart your Mac.
2. Spend an hour doing things that don’t solve the problem.
3. Tell them you can’t spend any more time on the phone. They say they are sending an email full of links to solutions you can try.
4. Later you open the email and find out these links are for problems you don’t have.
