Two German postcards of Scottish prisoners of the Great War. They are of the same men with each image taken seconds or minutes apart, while standing in front of storage sheds or possibly rail transport.
They are wearing glengarrys and spatts. Showing these were taken in 1914/15.

The top one shows highland soldiers of the Great War in captivity, holding food bowls while a German guard stands posing with them.
Below is a manipulated version of the image. The German has been removed and Senegalese prisoners added.
It’s a very rough and ready job. The sun is shining on different sides of the two groups faces.
