The backend login to my web host has been broken for 4+ hours, and no response from support. After my site went down for an hour twice in a week, significantly making my work more difficult.

Think I need to switch #hosts. Anyone have any recs for privacy-minded, open-source, reliable web host? I would need something that can run #Nextcloud, #Kimai, #Wordpress & #Matomo

Falls es jemand wissen will was draus geworden ist: Unser #Zeiterfassung|stool wird #Kimai, weil es flexibel und auf sauberer Architektur aufbaut.

Installation erst mal auf einem Hetzner-Webspace mit #SSH-Zugang. Gut dokumentiert und - wenn man weiss was man macht und nicht mit #Composer & #Symfony fremdelt - innerhalb von 30 Minuten.

Die Schnittstelle zu Keycards / RFID hängen wir später dran.

@carolina Wir nutzen #Timetracker von Anuko in unserer Gastronomie. Seitdem es den Stechuhr-Modus gibt, sind auch die wirklich technisch unbegabtesten Mitarbeiter in der Lage, die Zeiterfassung zu bedienen. Aber #Kimai werde ich mir jetzt auch nochmal ansehen, denn Einloggen via RFID wäre natürlich noch superer 🙂

Suche für einen kleinen Verein mit einer Handvoll angestellter Menschen eine Lösung, die uns nicht das Budget zerhaut, bedienbar und angesichts persönlicher Daten auch #datenschutz|freundlich ist.

Gerne auch Alternativen, die ich nicht sehe.

I've been using it for a couple of months now and I have no complaints. Over the last couple of years I've been using Harvest, but I have to say that transition to Kimai was seamless.

The cherry on top is that my colleagues like it too, so we shaved off a few hundred bucks per year by #selfhosting our time-tracking app.
