Korean threat actor #Kimsuki has been observed to change their tactics from traditional #socialengineering -initiated cyber attacks to a combination of virtual HUMINT techniques that engage their target(s) more actively.

This is not a surprising shift...I expect that we will be seeing more virtual #HUMINT techniques interthreading in traditional social engineering attacks, but also used on their own for information elicitation
