My great love is British , but in particular from 1640s. I am biographer for William Dobson, court painter for , and am also building a (currently private, but watch this space..) database of portraits from the period. The plan is to research & reunite unidentified or lost names with their portraits & help ECW add faces to their subjects. 😎
