Kingston Halls on Paisley Road in Glasgow. Designed by Robert William Horne under supervision by A.B. McDonald and built around 1901, this was a rare combination of civic halls, public library and police office! It's also a superbly attractive building with some great sculptures attributed to Richard Ferris on it.
