I made benedict eggs with natto on top as per #kirstenshockey recipe. It's good (though I slightly adapted to what was available at home), and I'm glad I managed to cook the poached eggs! I saw a tip somewhere saying to "filter" the eggs to remove the most liquid part of the white.
