Today’s #bakingExperiment in #kitchenArts orange almond date rollups/buns. I added an egg to my sourdough dough to enrich it, and used homemade orange marmalade, chopped almonds and dates as filling.

I made some tahini fudge balls… #KitchenArts #ExperimentalRecipes
Approximate recipe:
1 cup / 250 g cocoa powder
1 cup/ 250 g icing sugar
Whisk together
Add ⅔ cup/ 200 ml tahini
1 teaspoon / 10 ml vanilla
Mix well until a paste is formed- adjust liquid as needed.
Roll into balls. Makes 18-20
Enjoy!

I couldn’t sleep past 4 am so I got up and made these🙂.
I modified the cooking aspect of a simple #hotteok recipe I’ve used before- adding a square of 70%cocoa to the walnut, brown sugar, cinnamon recipe. And instead of cooking them stovetop and flattening them , I baked them in the oven for 20 minutes at 380degrees Fahrenheit.
These are dangerous!
