A song you remember from your childhood

Okay, everyone remembers the other Netherworld Dancing Toys song (which I nearly chose because of the video) but this was on The Hit Cassette compilation that my sisters and I played all through the summer of 1984/85.

Still haven't figured out half the lyrics, and the video has a very no-budget 80's NZ charm.
