One of my favorite restaurants in : Taverna Amphipolis at Wilhelmshavener Str. It is run by a Greek mother and her daughter. Yesterday we had (Κλέφτικο) for dinner and some Greek wine 🍷

The traditional stone built oven in Cyprus was mainly used to bake bread and cook the traditional Kleftiko meat dish. The dish would simmer in the oven for around 3 hours.
