"The Mighty Met" Before #KNAC and #KLOS .It could have been #KLOS but I think #KMET had Lucifer La Rock on Saturday night at midnight. It was the only time and place on the dial to hear #metal in the early 80s.
94.7 changed hands, and its format... from #KMET to "The Wave". A smooth jazz station.
#KLOS took over as the station that played all the #LedZepplin type #rock.

Used to go to the #Whiskey, #Rainbow, #Gazzarri’s, #CoconutTeaser, #TheTrubador #ThePalace, #Paladium. The last 2, I know weren’t on the Strip, but I’ve seen some great bands there.
