Since no one I know irl follows me here I can share this finished hat before I give it to my dad this weekend. I used the Sigges Hat(adult version) pattern by Kultknit (f you've been following me for a bit, you might remember that I used her original pattern, Sigges Hat, for my toddler).
I met guage and knit with Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt in Smoke held together with DROPS Kidsilk in Sea Mist.
I tried out helical knitting to break up the mohair colourway I used and I wouldn't necessarily recommend that for this pattern because it made the decreases a bit confusing, but I'm really happy with the end result, so it was worth it for me.

I had a lot of fun adapting Aimée Hansen's Majestic Moraine Cowl into a matching hat with Malabrigo Noventa yarn! So pretty and I love how it turned out!

It must be the continuing Wintery, cold snap but my partner has actually requested a knit hat from me. He never requests anything knit so this is special.

Every year on #GivingTuesday I donate to Kind Space in Ottawa with sales of my Fire Rainbow patterns. Here's my receipt for this year!
I moved this year, so next year I'm planning to add a new charity pattern to donate to a local LGBTQ+ org where I live now as well. I think it's a really fun design idea; look for it in the spring! 😀

One of my co-workers will become a dad, so I made a little hat for the little one. It has been gifted by now, so I can share the result with you. It's the Super Stretchy Baby Hat, modified to a CO of 88 stitches 😃
