Finishing sweaters - especially the sleeves - is always the most difficult bit for me. Therefore, I am glad, that I have made some progress with the first sleeve of my Garter Stitch Bias Top with sock yarn leftovers.

Not pleased.

I'm at a point with my Kauni cardigan, where I don't know how to continue.

The yoke is a derivative of a raglan, but with all of the decreases on the body, the sleeves continue up the shoulder. I'm now at the point, where all the body stitches are decreased away, but there's still a super deep v on the back that I need to close somehow.

And so far nothing works.

Back to the drawing table.

Today I released the Just Jealous Socks! This cuff-down pattern is designed for fit, with the zigzag cables 1) not all worked in the same round, and 2) able to slide over each other at the turns so the fabric can stretch where it needs to. Charts and written instructions are provided. The foot length is completely adjustable.

#FlashBackThursday Back in 2017 I designed this shawl to use up the Ístex Léttlopi yarn I dyed myself with madder. The resulting color reminded me of that gorgeous burned orange color so often found in the hills of Tuscany. So I named the pattern after the Dutch name for the region 😃
