Happy to report that my #pharmacy is finally taken proper care of my problem with the Mighty+ Medic vaporizer. (Please do some research if you should consider buying a Mighty+ Medic, new or used. You really want to avoid the first batch of devices from the REF 01 01 series. More details and information about this can easily be found on reddit).

Gonna need a day of zzzZZzzz after all this stress and exchange of loaded assertive legal language.

I wish business would respect at least the most basic rights when it comes to warranty which in Germany is legally not the same as "guarantee".

Warranty is the responsibility of the seller and we had a number of law changes in recent years that greatly improved the legal rights of the customer.

Guarantee only truly matters legally once the warranty time is over. The seller also has no right to say it is the responsibility of the manufacturer though that is exactly what this pharmacy has been doing: spreading misinformation / disinformation that in case of a problem they should directly contact the manufacturer for assistance to get around their legal responsibilities.

They are betting on the fact that the customer doesn't know their rights and based on my experience I would say they are correct.

Many people don't know that there is a real legal distinction between "warranty" and "guarantee" so it is easy to exploit people here.

Okay, time to shut off my brain for a day or two.
