2018 Sakura Midori from UNYtea is a delicious Japanese black tea, but it has a little too much broken pieces to work well in a gaiwan. If you do brew gongfu style use a tea strainer and keep the steeps short. Or use one of those Japanese brewing vessels with a strainer.
