Fiance's pay came in a little short, one of the joys of working half on commission himself.

And I'm yet to claim any form of income for myself *beyond* taking art commissions. I'm trying to make a living from it, and I have plans that are slowly coming together, but it's slow progression.

Some times coloring isn't about perfection, or staying between the lines, or even getting the colours themselves 'right'. Some times it's just about doing something, and having fun with it... that's what I've spent my birthday weekend doing, just having fun *doing* something with colors.

Printed out a few of my own digital coloring pages and slapped some colour on them with my perfectly imperfect (cheap) markers. Might even keep going with it, laying down colors wherever feels good to me.
