I stumbled upon a block of Koko Samoa at a local market and, as a big chocolate fan, decided to buy it and try making the drink at home.

I ground the block in a spice grinder and made the hot drink with a bit of milk and sugar.

It tastes like... Barbecued hot chocolate! YUM! I wish they served this at cafes.
