Allow me to introduce you to one of my country's most cherished #summertime #desserts: #koldskål. The recipe varies, but is based around #buttermilk and may contain eggs, yogurt, cream, sugar, vanilla and in a more daring recent development, strawberry flavor. It's enjoyed cold and often with kammerjunker, which is a sort of small halved #biscuit. Sales sky rocket when it's warm, and it's a national catastrophe when the supermarkets run out.
