#komorebi というところの作った シンプル#メモ帳 というアプリをダウンロードしたら16MBもダウンロードしてて（なんで？）とおもっていたら、設定ツールで見たら、まだ何も書いてないのに122MBも内部ストレージ使ってると出たので即アンインストールした。なんでそんなにデータ使うの？シンプルはどこ行った？
スマホの「アプリ」ってのはパソコンのフリーソフト以上に信用できない。

Building this little bonsai tree* was such a quiet, soothing delight in the midst of a long, difficult past week. Here it is in my tiny desert garden with #Jizo.

Trying out #komorebi (the tiling WM). Insofar it
- messed up all my windows (I must have had too many)
- uses hjkl by default and I still see that as a strange design choice
- tosses the open windows all around the screen so I no longer can reliably glance to the bottom right for discord
- I have to constantly focus the window I'm working with because it's uncomfortable to look at the monitor's edge for a prolonged time.

I'm not sure the tiling WMs are for me, after all.

I spent yesterday morning watching the egrets in the nearby rookery again. They are getting harder to photograph, as the trees have become full with springtime, and many of the egrets are now settled into their nests. But I love glimpsing them through the trees.

Today I ended up writing my own simple hotkey daemon for #Windows in #Rust

I have already completely replaced AHK with whkd for all of my #Komorebi window management key bindings, and there are a lot of cool possibilities since you can call #PowerShell commands directly from your key binds

My fav so far is "if #Firefox is open, focus it, if not, open it" when I press ALT+F 🚀
