Toujours beaucoup besoin de Mind Boost en ce moment et je suis retombé depuis hier dans cet album de Toumani Diabaté qui est un soleil doublé d'un génie et qui globalement sais tout faire que ce soit du rock du blues de l'electro de la pop et qui bosse avec les plus grands orchestres mondiaux.

Et cet album que je retiens de lui parce qu'il ne vieillit pas et qu'il n'en existe pas deux comme ça.

Two musical and cultural traditions join to create something new and beautiful. Not sure what genre you would call this, so as long has you don't label it with the dreaded "world music" tag. There's too much music coming out constantly... Just looking at today's release radar on Spotify I have 18 albums plus a few live recordings and soundtrack albums.

Best find so far is definitely the debut full-length release for the collaboration between Mali kora player Ballaké Sissoko, and the three French artists Vincent Segal (cello), Émile Parisien (saxophone), and Vincent (jazz accordionist).
