That said, the BIG DISCOVERY for me was that European #hamsters exist - they’re known as #korenwolf (corn-wolf) in the Netherlands. I found out when I ordered a Korenwolf beer and the waiter told me where the name comes from. They’re rare, but there’s a significant population in Vienna, Austria, where they live in a #cemetary (and eat candles).
