Four #krav classes and the only thing I seem to be mastering is flinching.

We persevere. Some of it might sink in enough to be useful (although I hope I never need it)

As some of you know a few years ago I had a spinal nerve root compression (see Cauda Equina Syndrome in my profile) and had two spinal operations. I had to re-learn everything and five years of suck.

My #PhysicalTherapy has been #IKMF / #Krav and I can honestly say that it has been a fantastic experience training, being prepared, and finding my range of motion and improving on it.
