So, I'm playing in my second #kriegsspiel campaign. If you are interested in military history this game is a must-play. It is slow and needs a saint for a GM, but all those "idiotic" generals making obvious blunders in the history books take on a new dimension when you realize how little they knew about any situation.

Yes, I play #wargames. Frankly, I prefer them over other #boardgames.
Unfortunately, my copy of #UndauntedStalingrad is damaged. I‘ll send it back.
So far, I really dig the #Undaunted game series. Hopefully, the replacement will be in better condition.

Updating my bare bones rules, based on the idea that a referee runs a game rather than a massive rulebook.

Think Matrix wargame, Kriegspiel and Braunstein as a source of inspiration and play type.

Although the pdf is currently 8 pages it is actually less than that of actual rules. Most of the game is derived from the negotiations between players and a referee. Ironically an faq about it will probably be longer than the rules themselves.
